General Purpose Cement is a quality assured cement with independent third-party certification and comes conveniently packed in weatherproof, tear-resistant, plastic bags. It is a CEM II cement, based on Portland cement clinker.

Applications:
General Purpose Cement is for use in concrete, mortars, renders, screeds and grouts. Trial mixes are advised prior to application. General Purpose Cement is supplied in 25kg bags and essential that it is correctly specified and used. It should be stored in unopened bags clear of the ground, in cool dry conditions and protected from damp, frost, heat and excessive draught.

Technical Information
Strength will develop beyond the initial set time stated and has been assessed at 28 days. Setting and curing times will vary depending on water content used and ambient weather conditions. To assist the curing process, it is important that all cement-based materials are protected after placement, to avoid moisture loss, freezing and effects of hot and cold weather conditions.
