  • What are your Opening Hours?
    Our Trade Counter is open for collections: Monday - Friday: 07:30–17:00 Saturday: 07:30–11:00 Sunday: Closed
  • Do you just supply to trade customers?
    No, we supply to both trade and to the end user / direct customers.
  • How do I order for delivery?
    You can order on our website, However if you do not see the items you require please call us on 020 8521 5900.
  • What type of payments do you accept?
    You can pay when you order on our website via secure encrypted online payment. If you prefer you can make a payment with our driver when you receive your materials Cash on delivery or card payment using chip and pin. We take cash on delivery, but our drivers do not carry change, so please have the correct amount. We also accept PayPal. We can accept payments via cheque and BACS however, the delivery will not be dispatched until payment has cleared funds in our bank.
  • I am unable to find what I want.
    If you are unable to find what you require, please contact us, either by Phone, Live Chat or Email. We have stock of a wide variety of building products not shown on our website.
  • Is there a minimum order value?
    No Minimum order value, However a delivery charge applies to orders under £100.
  • Do you accept purchase orders from schools and local authorities?
    We do, please email us at regarding your order.
  • Can I return my product if I don't need it anymore?
    You can return any unused product to us, as long as it is in it’s original condition, for a refund within 7 days of delivery to you. If you advise us of your return more than 7 calendar days following the date of delivery we will advise you whether the return is acceptable, and any costs associated for collection and re-stocking charge. Perishable items such as cement, plaster and fillers cannot not be returned.
  • What happens if my order arrives damaged?
    In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or in any way damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full part refund, as long as we are notified of the product's fault within 24 hours of it being delivered to you.
